Tracked 48 (UK) 2 working days, please allow time for order fulfilment.

International Tracked: (Royal Mail have increased prices, these are represented in our shipping prices. Remember FREE SHIPPING OVER £75)

  • TYPICALLY CUSTOMS CHARGES WON’T OCCUR UNLESS YOU PLACE A VERY LARGE ORDER, BUT IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT CUSTOMS CHARGES/ VAT ARE PLACED ON YOUR PARCEL UPON ENTRY INTO YOUR COUNTRY, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CHARGES. THE AMOUNT PAID GOES TO YOUR COUNTRY, NOT TO US. 
  • HOWL JEWELLERY CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARCELS LOST IN TRANSIT. THIS IS A FAULT WITH THE COURIER, SO PLEASE DISPUTE IT WITH THEM.  IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR PARCEL IS LOST, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. 

  • HOWL JEWELLERY WILL NOT COMPENSATE FOR ANY PARCELS WHERE THE GPS SCAN LOCATION SHOWS CORRECT INFORMATION. CONTACT US FOR THIS INFORMATION IF NEEDED. 
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU GIVE AN INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT HOWL JEWELLERY ARE NOT LIABLE IF THE PACKAGE THEN GOES MISSING. IF THE ITEM IS RETURNED TO US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REDELIVERY COSTS. WE ALSO CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.

  • IF AN ORDER IS CANCELLED BY YOU BEFORE IT IS POSTED, WE WILL CHARGE A PACKAGING AND ADMIN FEE OF £1

  • IF YOU NEED TO LEAVE DELIVERY NOTES FOR YOUR ORDER, PLEASE COMMENT THESE AS A NOTE AT CHECKOUT AND WE WILL WRITE IT ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE FOR THE POSTMAN.
