- The design and materials used in your jewellery will reflect the price paid
- Please include your style likes in the Order Notes box at the very bottom of your Cart (not checkout)

- Please include any colours you do not like
- Preferences of colour or styles that you like e.g. I like butterflies, dainty chains, pink, pearls and snakes. (Specific Charms/ Themes cannot be guaranteed but we will try our best)
- All One of a Kinds are made in our trademarked Gold Stainless Steel
- Custom One of a Kind items are included in our returns policy.
- The item cannot be returned for refund if it is PIERCING JEWELLERY e.g. earrings, nose rings etc. Please see our hygiene policy
