AT HOWL JEWELLERY, WE WANT EVERY CUSTOMER TO BE 100% SATISFIED WITH THEIR PURCHASE. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR ITEM(S), YOU WILL HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE TO OPEN A DISPUTE WITH US. (28 DAYS FOR STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES.) PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW IF REQUESTING A REFUND, BUT PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW. WE CANNOT ACCEPT SOME RETURNS.   • THE ITEM(S) MUST REACH OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR FIRST EMAIL REQUEST. ONLY WHEN WE RECEIVE THE ITEM CAN IT BE REFUNDED.

  • IF YOU HAVE ORDERED USING ANY INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY, THEN YOU WILL BE ALLOWED UP TO 28 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE TO REQUEST A REFUND. 

  • IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF AN ITEM ARRIVING TO YOU IN A DAMAGED CONDITION, PLEASE CONTACT US THAT SAME DAY WITH PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE TO HOWLJEWELLERS@GMAIL.COM. IT IS THEN WITHIN OUR DISCRETION TO ISSUE A REFUND OR NOT, DEPENDING ON THE CASE AND DISPUTE.

  • IF YOU PURCHASED AN ITEM AND RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING, YOU MUST STILL PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE. IF SUFFICIENT POSTAGE IS NOT PROVIDED, THEN THE ITEM MAY BE LOST IN TRANSIT OR DISPOSED OF BY ROYAL MAIL. READ POSTAGE DETAILS BELOW.

  • ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN AND IN THE SAME PACKAGING THEY ARRIVED IN. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS IF THE ITEM IS NOT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN IT LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE.

EXCEPTIONS

  • IF YOU RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING ON A PURCHASE AND WISH TO RETURN/ EXCHANGE THE PURCHASE THEN THE FREE SHIPPING OFFER IS NO LONGER ELIGIBLE AND THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE CHARGE WILL BE PAID FOR BY YOURSELF DURING POSTING. IF HOWL IS AT FAULT, THEN AN ENTIRE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED INCLUDING POSTAGE, THIS IS DOWN TO OUR DISCRETION.

  • EXCHANGES WILL REQUIRE THE CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR THE RE-SENDING OF THE NEW ITEM. THIS IS DOWN TO OUR DISCRETION, IN SOME CASES WE WILL WIPE THESE FEES IF WE CAN AFFORD TO WITH YOUR PARTICULAR ORDER.

  • THE RETURN POSTAGE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND ORIGINAL POSTAGE IS NON REFUNDABLE. IF EXCHANGING AN ITEM, THE NEW POSTAGE WILL BE COVERED BY HOWL JEWELLERY UP TO THE SAME WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS OF THE PREVIOUS PURCHASE.

  • IN AN ATTEMPT TO REMAIN AS PLASTIC- FREE AS POSSIBLE, YOUR JEWELLERY WILL ARRIVE UNPACKAGED IN A LOVELY LITTLE POUCH OR BOX. OUR BIT TO HELP THE ENVIRONMENT AND STOP POLLUTION IN THE SEAS!

  • IF YOU HAVE DAMAGED YOUR ITEMS OR THEY SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN - THEY MUST BE IN A CONDITION WHEREBY THEY CAN BE RESOLD.

  • YOU MUST USE A LARGE LETTER STAMP (NOT NORMAL STAMP) WHEN RETURNING TO US (WE ALSO RECOMMEND USING A SIGNED FOR SERVICE) A NORMAL STAMP IS NOT ENOUGH POSTAGE TO RETURN A PACKAGE - THEY ARE ONLY FOR LETTERS. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS PARTICULARLY LARGE, THEN MORE POSTAGE MAY BE REQUIRED. WE ADVISE CHATTING TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR THE BEST ADVICE. FOR A CHEAPER OPTION, SECOND CLASS CAN BE USED, HOWEVER PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS UNTRACKED AND MAY NOT ARRIVE AT OUR WAREHOUSE BEORE THE END OF THE 14/ 28 DAY DISPUTE PERIOD.

  • YOU CAN EXCHANGE ANYTHING (UNWORN AND UNDAMAGED) YOU BOUGHT FROM US WITHIN 14 DAYS (28 DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE) RETURN POSTAGE MUST BE PROVIDED BY YOU. THE NEW ITEM’S POSTAGE WILL BE COVERED BY HOWL. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO PIERCING JEWELLERY OR BODY STICKERS.

  • PLEASE READ BELOW EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS. WE WILL POST YOUR NEW ITEM(S) AFTER RECEIVING YOUR OLD ITEM, PROVIDED THEY ARE IN STOCK - THERE MAY BE AN EXTRA POSTAGE CHARGE TO SEND OUT YOUR NEW ITEM. CANCELLATION

  • IF AN ORDER IS CANCELLED BEFORE LEAVING OUR WAREHOUSE, THEN A £1 FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO COVER OUR PACKAGING AND PROCESSING LOSSES. IF THE ITEM HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE, THEN IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND YOU MUST PROCEED WITH A REFUND FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE.
