68% of sexual assaults are not reported to law enforcement. I know that I didn’t report any of mine. This may be because many women have lost faith in law enforcement, with countless reports of cases where women were dismissed as paranoid, anxious, or hysterical and sent home instead of having their cases filed. A great deal of those reports do eventually get filed, but only after the woman is murdered by her suspected assailant.

Women are often labeled as the "bossy" and "chatty" gender, yet statistics show that men dominate more conversations, interrupt female speakers more frequently, and tend to overestimate how long women have been talking for.

It's time for the female voice to dominate. 

Don’t be afraid to scream at the man on the tube who’s pushing his crotch into you. Stand with others when they’re being victimised and support them in speaking out. Let’s spark conversations and amplify voices that have been silenced for far too long. It’s time for us to be heard.
