IF YOU HAVE DAMAGED YOUR ITEMS OR THEY SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN - THEY MUST BE IN A CONDITION WHEREBY THEY CAN BE RESOLD. WE HAVE A JEWELLERY SPECIALIST WHO CAN ADVISE ON THIS. PLEASE EMAIL US IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE.
YOU MUST USE A LARGE LETTER STAMP (NOT NORMAL STAMP) WHEN RETURNING TO US (WE ALSO RECOMMEND USING A SIGNED FOR SERVICE FOR PEACE OF MIND) A NORMAL STAMP IS NOT ENOUGH POSTAGE TO RETURN A PACKAGE. THERE IS MORE INFO ON THE RETURNS FORM BELOW.
YOU CAN EXCHANGE AN ITEM (UNWORN AND UNDAMAGED) YOU BOUGHT FROM US WITHIN 14 DAYS (28 DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE) RETURN POSTAGE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AS IS EXCHANGE POSTAGE. EXCHANGES ARE ISSUED ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR OLD ITEM AND ONCE THE POSTAGE BACK TO YOU IS PAID FOR.

IF AN ORDER IS CANCELLED BY THE CUSTOMER BEFORE LEAVING OUR WAREHOUSE AND HAS BEEN PACKED, THEN A £1 FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO COVER OUR PACKAGING AND PROCESSING LOSSES. IF THE ITEM HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE, THEN IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND YOU MUST PROCEED WITH A REFUND FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE.
HOWL may not always be able to accept your order and HOWL may choose not to accept your order at its sole discretion. For example (without limitation) there may be pricing errors, insufficient stock, unusual orders or orders which HOWL suspects are not placed in good faith. There may also be unexpected events outside of our control meaning we may be unable to fulfill your order. If your order is not accepted, HOWL will inform you via email, and if any payment has already been taken, you will be reimbursed in full for any sums paid to HOWL for that order.
In the event of a pricing error, whether on the HOWL website or in an Order Receipt Confirmation or otherwise, you accept that HOWL has the right to correct such error and charge the correct price or cancel the order. If the actual price is more than the amount shown on your Order Receipt Confirmation, HOWL will notify you of the correct price and give you the option of proceeding with the order or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you or if we do not receive a response from you, your order will be canceled and any amounts paid by you to HOWL for the Products will be reimbursed. If you do not want to proceed with your order, your sole remedy in the event of such a pricing error is to cancel your order.
