**We do not accept returns on our imperfect collection, or piercing jewellery 

AT HOWL JEWELLERY, WE WANT EVERY CUSTOMER TO BE 100% SATISFIED WITH THEIR PURCHASE. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR ITEM(S), YOU WILL HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE TO OPEN A DISPUTE WITH US. (28 DAYS FOR STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES.) PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW IF RETURNING AN ITEM, BUT PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW. WE CANNOT ACCEPT SOME RETURNS. FILL OUT THE SAME FORM BELOW IF APPLYING FOR AN EXCHANGE.

            • THE RETURN POSTAGE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND ORIGINAL POSTAGE IS NON REFUNDABLE. IF EXCHANGING AN ITEM, THE NEW POSTAGE WILL BE COVERED BY HOWL JEWELLERY WITHIN OUR DISCRETION. (SUBJECT TO ORDER VALUE)
            • IN AN ATTEMPT TO REMAIN AS PLASTIC- FREE AS POSSIBLE, YOUR JEWELLERY WILL ARRIVE UNPACKAGED IN A LOVELY LITTLE POUCH OR BOX. OUR BIT TO HELP THE ENVIRONMENT AND STOP POLLUTION IN THE SEAS! PLEASE RECYCLE YOUR PACKAGING.
            • IF YOU HAVE DAMAGED YOUR ITEMS OR THEY SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN - THEY MUST BE IN A CONDITION WHEREBY THEY CAN BE RESOLD.
            • YOU MUST USE A LARGE LETTER STAMP (NOT NORMAL STAMP) WHEN RETURNING TO US (WE ALSO RECOMMEND USING A SIGNED FOR SERVICE) A NORMAL STAMP IS NOT ENOUGH POSTAGE TO RETURN A PACKAGE. THERE IS MORE INFO ON THE RETURNS FORM BELOW.

               

              EXCHANGES

              • YOU CAN EXCHANGE AN ITEM (UNWORN AND UNDAMAGED) YOU BOUGHT FROM US WITHIN 14 DAYS (28 DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE) RETURN POSTAGE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. IF YOUR ORDER VALUE IS OVER A CERTAIN AMOUNT THEN HOWL WILL COVER EXCHANGE POSTAGE OF THE NEW ITEM ONCE THE OLD ITEM IS RETURNED TO US.

              CANCELLATION

              • IF AN ORDER IS CANCELLED BEFORE LEAVING OUR WAREHOUSE AND HAS BEEN PACKED, THEN A £1 FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO COVER OUR PACKAGING AND PROCESSING LOSSES. IF THE ITEM HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE, THEN IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND YOU MUST PROCEED WITH A REFUND FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE.
