**We do not accept returns on our imperfect collection or piercing jewellery.

**If a sale item (or item(s) bought using a discount code) is purchased and returned for refund, only gift card refunds can be issued. 

*We no longer accept exchanges, returns only.

YOU WILL HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE TO RETURN ANY UNWANTED ITEMS TO US (28 DAYS FOR STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES.) RETURN POSTAGE IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW IF RETURNING AN ITEM, BUT PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW. WE CANNOT ACCEPT SOME RETURNS.

  • THE ITEM(S) MUST REACH OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN A 14 DAY PERIOD AFTER THE DATE YOUR PARCEL IS DELIVERED. ONLY WHEN WE RECEIVE THE ITEM CAN IT BE REFUNDED/ EXCHANGED.
  • NO RETURNS ON JEWELLERY BOXES AND JEWELLERY SAVER SETS. 
  • MYSTERY BOXES/ ROISIN'S PICK BOXES CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF THEY DO NOT CONTAIN ANY PIERCING JEWELLERY
  • MYSTERY BOXES/ ROISIN'S PICK BOXES MUST BE RETURNED AS A WHOLE FOR A REFUND, WE WILL NOT ALLOW PARTIAL-REFUNDS.
  • IF YOU RECEIVED A FREE ITEM WITH YOUR ORDER AND YOU WISH TO RETURN ITEMS FROM THE SAME ORDER, THEN YOU CAN DO SO BUT YOU MUST RETURN THE FREEBIE WITH THE OTHER ITEM (S). 
  • GIFT WRAPPING, GIFT BAGS AND GIFT CARDS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED
  • SALE ITEMS OR ANY ITEM WITH WHICH A DISCOUNT CODE HAS BEEN USED ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED BY GIFT CARD ONLY. 
  • IF YOU HAVE ORDERED USING ANY INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY, THEN YOU WILL BE ALLOWED UP TO 28 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS FOR REFUND. THEY MUST REACH OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN THIS TIMEFRAME. 
  • IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF AN ITEM ARRIVING TO YOU IN A DAMAGED CONDITION, PLEASE CONTACT US THAT SAME DAY WITH PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER TO HELLO@HOWLJEWELLERY.COM. IT IS THEN WITHIN OUR DISCRETION TO ISSUE A REFUND OR NOT, DEPENDING ON THE CASE AND DISPUTE.
  • ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE A COMPLETED RETURNS FORM INSIDE (see form download link below). WE CANNOT ISSUE THE REFUND WITHOUT THIS.
  • RETURN POSTAGE IS NOW THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
  • ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN/ SCRATCHED AND IN A RESALEABLE CONDITION. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS IF THE ITEM IS NOT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN IT LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE.
  • WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND ISSUE A REFUND IF THE PRODUCT IS EXCESSIVELY WORN OR DAMAGED.
  • WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY FREEBIE ITEMS GIVEN AWAY DURING A PROMOTION, EVEN IN THE CASE THAT THEY BECOME DAMAGED DURING WEAR
  • PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 WORKING DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO BE PROCESSED BACK TO THE SAME METHOD THAT THE ORDER WAS PAID WITH. GIFT CARD REFUNDS CAN BE USED THE SAME DAY OF ISSUE.

  • ALL ITEMS COME IN AN VELLUM BAGGY WITH OUR HOWL LOGO. PLEASE RECYCLE THEM ALONGSIDE YOUR PACKING CARD.
  • ALL ORDERS INCLUDE A PACKING SLIP WITH ITEMISED AND VALUED CONTENTS. THIS CANNOT BE REMOVED FOR GIFTING PURPOSES.

        • ITEMS ON SALE WILL BE REFUNDED VIA GIFT CARD ONLY
        • EARRINGS AND PIERCED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS. THIS INCLUDES SEPTUM CUFFS, EAR CUFFS, EAR JACKETS AND SEPTUM CLIP ONS. THE SAME APPLIES TO BODY STICKERS/ JEWELLERY.
        • IF YOU RECEIVED A FREE PROMO ITEM AS PART OF AN OFFER AND WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM(S), YOU WILL HAVE TO RETURN THE FREE ITEM AS WELL OR ELSE A REFUND CANNOT BE ISSUED.

         

            IMPORTANT DETAILS

            • RETURN POSTAGE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND ORIGINAL POSTAGE IS NON REFUNDABLE. 
            • IN AN ATTEMPT TO REMAIN AS PLASTIC- FREE AS POSSIBLE, YOUR JEWELLERY WILL ARRIVE UNPACKAGED IN A LOVELY LITTLE POUCH OR BOX. OUR BIT TO HELP THE ENVIRONMENT AND STOP POLLUTION IN THE SEAS! PLEASE RECYCLE YOUR PACKAGING.
            • IF YOU HAVE DAMAGED YOUR ITEMS OR THEY SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN - THEY MUST BE IN A CONDITION WHEREBY THEY CAN BE RESOLD. WE HAVE A JEWELLERY SPECIALIST WHO CAN ADVISE ON THIS. PLEASE EMAIL US IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE.
            • YOU MUST USE LARGE LETTER POSTAGE (NOT A NORMAL STAMP) WHEN RETURNING TO US (WE ALSO RECOMMEND USING A TRACKED SERVICE FOR PEACE OF MIND) A NORMAL STAMP IS NOT ENOUGH POSTAGE TO RETURN A PACKAGE. THERE IS MORE INFO ON THE RETURNS FORM BELOW.

               

                CANCELLATION

                • ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED. RETURN FOR REFUND ONLY.

                WORTH KNOWING

                      • HOWL may not always be able to accept your order and HOWL may choose not to accept your order at its sole discretion. For example (without limitation) there may be pricing errors, insufficient stock, unusual orders or orders which HOWL suspects are not placed in good faith. There may also be unexpected events outside of our control meaning we may be unable to fulfill your order. If your order is not accepted, HOWL will inform you via email, and if any payment has already been taken, you will be reimbursed in full for any sums paid to HOWL for that order.
                      • In the event of a pricing error, whether on the HOWL website or in an Order Receipt Confirmation or otherwise, you accept that HOWL has the right to correct such error and charge the correct price or cancel the order. If the actual price is more than the amount shown on your Order Receipt Confirmation, HOWL will notify you of the correct price and give you the option of proceeding with the order or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you or if we do not receive a response from you, your order will be canceled and any amounts paid by you to HOWL for the Products will be reimbursed. 
                      • Images on the HOWL website may vary depending on your device's display quality. Whilst every effort is made to reproduce images of the Products in the most accurate way possible, these images are for illustrative purposes only and your Products may vary from those images for example, in colour, size, pattern and texture. The packaging of Products may also vary from that shown in images on the HOWL website.
                      • If an item is returned for any issue and does not meet the criteria of Howl's warranty policy for any reason e.g. the item has been damaged by the customer, Howl will only retain the item for a maximum of 20 days before disposing of the item, should a conclusion with the customer not be reached within this time. 
                      • DURING OUR SALES, NO FURTHER DISCOUNTS CAN BE APPLIED. WHILST ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES, ANY ORDERS WITH ANY ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS APPLIED WILL BE CANCELLED.
